We have two Ikea metal legs that have been in the loft for years...yours free! I can throw in a piece of worktop that can be turned into a desk, we have very solid larger one 123 x 52 cm or a smaller one 75 x 27 (one side half moon).

Yes, the size is as above:

The work top is a compound board MDF hence very heavy, 3 cm thick, like this one:
