Can anyone fix the speed on my record player?

The speed on my record player is just slightly too slow! Is anyone able to sort it for me?

It?s not to do with the RPM, it?s just a little bit off!

Is it belt or direct drive ?

If it's belt driven then the belt could need replacing

There should also be some sort of adjustment to speed you can make using a strobe and strobe disc to check with (you can print off discs online and use an app like strobly to check with)
