Recommendation please for joiner for fitted bookshelves

We are looking to have someone come build and fit a cupboard and shelves.

Has anyone had good recent experiences, and able to share a recommendation?

We did already try Elliot who has some good recommendations on here already.

But in our case at least, and I'm only sharing this for balanced feedback - he turned out to be a time waster.

Bump as we were again let down by the last guy who quoted.

The challenge we are facing is that all the joiners who do these installs only want to work to their own template and design.

We have had 3 recommended joiners come round, give us a quote, commit to a date... only to later to decide they are too busy.

The last cheap actually said "We joiners have the luxury of being too busy these days, so we can just take on easy jobs. Any job other than my own standard design means the job is complicated, and I don't need to take on complicated jobs"!

It's 3 shelves and a cupboard: has anyone found a joiner who is willing to build to their own design?
