For sale: Black freestanding Hotpoint dishwasher

Hi, I have a black hotpoint dishwasher (full size), which I stored away in our shed when I updated my small kitchen and put in a small integrated one instead, from a space perspective.

I kept my hotpoint because when looking at the dishwashers available, they didn?t feel as good as the one I was replacing in the kitchen refit. For example, the normal wash would only take a hour or so, but the newer models take longer. I thought I would move soon enough and put the old dishwasher in my new home... However at the moment there is no sign of me moving :(. So I?ve decided to sell the dishwasher - for ?120.

If anyone is interested, can you let me know. I?ll take a look for the model number and I?ll have all the original instructions etc.. it never gave an ounce of bother - and like I say, I?m only freeing up space, otherwise I was keeping it until I moved..

The dishwasher will require two people to collect (it?s heavy etc) and takeaway. Any questions, I?m happy to answer :)

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
