Reflexology improves overall wellbeing and mood by improving blood and nutrient flow around the body enabling our vital bodily systems to work more effectively at flushing out toxins.

Treatments are therefore ideal for stress reduction, aiding more restful sleep, relaxation, preparing the body for conceiving and labour and also aids the post natal healing process.
