I am really interested to understand into depth to understand the concerns you have, when finding a new babysitter. What makes you choose them? Age? CRB check? How close they live? Appearance? and what concerns do you have?

I am doing this to work with parents, I have a great ambition and desire and set up something safe, new, fresh and reliable, so all parents leave there children in safe hands! Being a babysitter myself in Dulwich I understand the views parents may have, but i want to understand from others! Feedback would be great! Anything, from your pros to your cons about babysitter! what do you look for? what do you want?
