Norwood Roofing - bad experience

My review keeps getting deleted on another post so I wanted to ensure there was a balanced report on here regarding a bad experience with Norwood Roofing.

They came round to fix some issues with the roof but following a downpour a few months later it was clear that the problem had not been fixed properly.

When I asked them to return, they were adamant that the issue was caused by the gutter (even though there was leaking coming in the roof from where they had fixed).

I found them aggressive and unwilling to engage in the issue.

Therefore in all truth I cannot recommend them as although on first appearances the work had been done properly, you cannot trust that they will come back to make repairs if it goes wrong.

  I had a similar experience a few years ago when a relative said she had seen a letter that I had sent to a solicitor come up on her iPad. I don't have any apple devices so it can't have been that our devices were synched. I tried to find the document on her iPad shortly after and couldn't find it again. It was very odd and we never got to the bottom of it so if anyone can explain it, I'd be really interested too.

Huseyin has done some excellent work for me repairing lead work, guttering, mortar and missing tiles etc. He always takes the time to listen to what the problem is and carries out the repairs to a high standard. He is very professional, polite, arrives on time and cleans up afterwards. I highly recommend him.
