Hi everyone

My lovely bright, light 1 bed flat is on available for SHORT-TERM LET, UNFURNISHED from mid August. Dates are flexible for the right person.

It has an off-road parking space and communal garden, ten minutes walk to Peckham Rye park and the French Cafe and is really pretty and airy.   Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

  You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc. I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers" means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age - be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
