Automatic gearbox

Does anyone has any idea how much it should cost to have an automatic gearbox reconditioned / replaced? Audi A4 if it makes any difference.

Look in exchange and mart there are a number of recon gearbox companies to call if they haven't already displayed it.

There is an Auto Gbox rebuilder in East Dulwich - I can remember where it is zacly, but its up North X road way IIRC - you wouldnt know what it was unless you knew it, so to speak

Thanks. After some digging around, it seems the guy on North Cross Rd has retired. Nearest place is in West Norwood apparently.
