Recommendations for Cheap Local Waste Clearance Wanted.

I'm looking for recommendation for a local cheap waste clearance person. I have a shed filled with rubbish, an old bed frame and other bits and things I need to have taken away. If anyone can recommend someone local, cheap and reliable that would be great.
