What to do with unwanted pallets

What do I do with an unwanted pallet that I have offered on EDF but obviously nobody wants? Two local builders don't want it and said pallets can be a pain to get rid of. It won't fit in our car as it is so do I just chop it up and take it to the tip. Seems a shame as it's very well made. Any advice welcome.

Make something with them

Chop it up and sell as fire wood if not treated or painted.

People can burn them in fire pits etc.

Or you could advertise on gumtree or free ads etc
