I just wanted to share my recent experience of using Ben James to help out with the refurbishment of our house. Ben is a general builder who has a team of specialists that he calls upon for certain jobs. I have used him 4 times so far to repair our roof, redecorate the house, refurbish the bathroom, fit a new floor and repair the guttering. He has performed all these jobs with great professionalism, courtesy and speed. In addition, his rates are very reasonable too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any building job.   It's a disgrace. Privatisation of public companies. Thanks to Thatcher creating a false economy and fake wealth that never really existed. Now we are all paying the price big time. Lack of investment and lack of planning etc grrrr
