Class information

New-born Baby Music - 0 to 4 months

Classes are designed to be welcoming and relaxing for both baby and their grown-ups. Parents and carers are offered teas and coffees on arrival and encouraged to chat and get to know one another. We then provide a 30-minute workshop where you will learn baby action rhymes, songs and lullabies. We will provide live music to accompany your singing, an African drumming section, dancing with baby, parachute play and bubbles.

Baby Sensory Stay and Play Music - 4 months to 12 months

Our sensory baby classes are weekly themed sessions, designed for 4 months to approx. 12 months depending on the baby?s mobility. Once your child is walking we would suggest moving to our mixed baby and toddler classes. The sessions last 1 hour. We provide free tea and coffee, a chance for parents/carers to meet up and socialise and a 30-minute music session with a fully trained Whippersnapper Music Tutor. Classes include; African Drumming, Sensory Lighting, Props, Singing, Baby Signing, Parachute Play, Bubbles and Dressing up

Mixed Baby and Toddler Music - 6 months to 4 years

Whippersnapper baby and toddler music classes are themed and last 30 minutes. They include interactive songs, role play, African drumming, musical instruments, puppets, dressing-up and dancing. These classes are suitable for toddlers and their siblings. Babies from 6 months and over are also welcome to join these classes if you are unable to make the baby sensory stay and play music.

    • Another recommendation for Oddbods. As proof of our satisfaction we've asked them to return for some more jobs, which is sign we were happy with their work
    • Most of the groceries shops in Lordship Lane have a security presence…curious thing is I and another woman recently saw a shop lifter lift and not pay for a couple of packet of steaks, veg and bottle of wine..  Literally walked Pat the tills, one member of staff and security guard despite someone else going in front by a few people and mentioning person in question! I have to say, speechless and admired their bravado - I would not have the guts and knowing my luck, if I accidentally didn’t put something tru the till despite receipt would prob get stopped! Yes, worked with families, homeless and other people who were struggling for food so I do understand why they do it.. sad when you think about it, that in this day and age, all sorts of c people need assistance and help from community in general, food banks, olio etc….
    • Just not keen to have all these  things  in my body… having said  that, thinking about Covid again as need to come to London to two hospitals for poss overnight stays.
    • And another one, number 6, has just gone passed as well!  I presume that the LTNs are blocking them from a more useful route. Or the surrounding road works.
