In need of some gentle stretching after 18 months working from home? Feeling overwhelmed and anxious by all the recent events?

Come and try a FREE yoga class on Thursday 30th September.

In my yoga classes, you will work though a carefully planned sequence of postures to help increase functional movement, with specific emphasis on the use of breath to help.

Not able to touch your toes or don?t think you are strong or flexible enough to try yoga? These classes are for you, as the postures can easily be adapted to suit you whilst ensuring you still get the benefit.

Classes start on Thursday 30th September at the Goose Green Clinic. The Autumn term will run for 10 weeks. Classes are at 6:45pm to 8:00pm and 8:15pm to 9:30pm. I am taking 4 students in each class to ensure we all feel safe. I currently have spaces in both the 6:45pm class and the 8:15pm class.

If you sign up for the rest of the term after the first class, you will get another class at 50% off and the cost will then be ?10.50 per class for the rest of the term, meaning you will get the next 9 weeks of classes for a total of ?89.25

    • Try Gentrification, those with more money than sense who constantly want something different, when pie and mash isn't good enough for them.  "Argentinian Cornish pasties" give3 me a proper Cornish pastie any day of the week, at least I'd be supporting something traditionally British.   ps. tin hat at the ready........................🤣
    • You really have to go and look at the schools yourself, and do some research. My children went to the same school in different years and had very different experiences. Different school focus on different things. It's very personal. We bought close to the school I wanted to go to, and then moved a bit later, when they were old enough to travel on their own.
    • Not even remotely close to the catchment for charter north over there and would imagine outskirts of east (tho should check recent years). Would leave the Harris’s as more guaranteed options so maybe have a look at those and see if you’d be happy with them as a fallback
