Local PCR for travel?

Does anyone have advice for walk-in options for a PCR test for pre-travel? Most of the ones I've seen say post it Monday-Friday, but I'm travelling on a Tuesday so that won't work with the 72 hour limit!

Anywhere nearby I can walk in for a reasonable amount? I don't have a car.

We used DocTap https://doctap.co.uk/ they have a clinic at London Bridge.

not sure where you live, but there is a walk in at the PCR centre just next to Belair Park, up from Dulwich Picture Gallery, but you get your results around 24hrs later
