This reminds me of when I used to go to Marshall Street in W1 after work for swimming. I didn’t last long there as the lanes were very overcrowded with other swimmers up against your feet and having to drop back/slow down for someone in front of you unless you wanted a kick in the face. There used to be a fantastic pool in W9 (close to where I used to live) and I’d try to go in the evening, about an hour before closing time or early on Sunday to have a swim and it was delightfully empty. Every friend I took to this pool loved it. I’m sure the times I went there also made the experience better. I don’t think this pool exists anymore. -

What has Tommy twelve names got to do with the awful attack that happened in our community? It's a bit low of you to use such an awful incident to air your personal gripes. -
beansprout, finding someone good to pierce your daughter's ears is not trivial. Your personal experience of the forum is irrelevant. -
What is the "sale of articles for private gain" mentioned on here? Are they selling stuff? I thought they were "just" collecting illegally in the streets (and apparently, according to that link) pocketing half the proceeds.
