igloo10
Hi,I'm currently looking for a nursery place for my child for 2/3 days a week. I came across Cherry Tree Montessori and was interested, however I've since read some uncomplimentary things about it and had a look at a slightly worrying OFSTED report from last year. I was just wondering if anyone had children there currently and whether they found it to be decent? Also if anyone else has some recommendations for nurseries in the ED area that may have vacancies at the moment that would be great.Thanksigloo Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/29517-cherry-tree-montessori-nursery/ Share on other sites
hellosailor
There is a new nursery, Little Fingers Montessori on Barry Rd that has opened this week so should have spaces.Oak Tree on Tell Grove (just off East Dulwich Grove in the church) has spaces I think. Suzanne Cummings
I would steer clear if I were you. I got a very bad feeling about it when I looked around which was subsequently backed up by others' bad experiences. On the other hand, my daughter goes to Oak Tree which is lovely. Claudia73
I wouldn't judge either! My little one is nearly 5 months and he has been going to the cherry tree Montessori since he was 3 and half months. When I go to pick him up he is always very happy and he smiles at me a lot! I like the nursery a lot and the staff and the manager are really professional and friendly. Just go and see for yourself!
