Hi, I am fairly new to the forum. A friend saw someone recommending a sleep consultant on here and passed on the details. We used her and our lives are transformed! Both our children are sleeping through every night, it took some effort but only a couple of weeks and it's been a month now to the day of no wake ups!

I wanted to thank whoever it was that first posted, really appreciate it! And also to recommend Nicola Watson from Child Sleep Solutions (www.childsleepsolutions.co.uk). She really was incredible and I know my wife (and yes, me too) could never have done it without her. She really knows her stuff and was always so understanding about our needs and those of our 2 children. Thanks so much Nicola if you read this.

Nicola changed our lives with our 15 mo, she gave us simple and easy to follow advice and went from variable naps and up 2-3 times a night for 1-2 hours to consistent sleep in the day, and 7-6:30 overnight. It was much much needed, we have a happier toddler, happier relationship and we couldn't be more grateful...

    • Palace were at home last night, kicked off at 19.45. The timing sounds about right.
    • The way they were heading, towards the East bound South Circular, and on lights and sirens, wouldn't I think suggest that. I have lived on Underhill for close to 40 years, but it has not formed part of an emergency route until very recently, nor have we had rush hour queues until the LTN introduction. Despite the fact that it is a bus route much of it is residential and doesn't support speeding traffic safely. It's not a route I would chose to put 5 speeding police vans in convoy unless there was no alternative in accessing the A205. Which there now mainly isn't.
    • There were large amounts of police and a couple of TSG vans at London Bridge station last night at a similar time.  Usually that means some sort of Millwall related football clash, but I didn't hang around to find out.
