Not to be a kill joy, isn't Halloween American? Why are we in to it these days, most are just wasting the pumpkins.. Can't we all just stick to the 5th of November and be happy with it..

No it's not. Halloween is derived from All Hallows Eve. All Hallows Day have been celebrated in Scotland and Ireland for Centuries and Trick or Treating is believed to have been around in England and Scotland since Medieval times

Last month's SE22 had a good recipe for pumpkin and ginger tea bread. You can also use squash (which I did) -hubby not to sure about it but I liked it.
