Wanted - Groundworker / Plumber to add a soil pipe to the Drains & draw up bathroom plans

Hi all,

We need someone experienced with ground working and connecting a new soil pipe to the underground drain connection in our 1950s mid terraced house.

We will need a plan drawn up for changes to the 1st floor bathroom and also for a new toilet with shower on the ground floor. This needs to be professionally drawn up and costed as we need to submit them to a third party to be able to do the work.

Happy to pay for a professionally drawn up set of plans for the work and will engage the company / person whose plans we prefer to do the actual work once it has been approved.

We are based in SE22 near Dulwich Library.
