Wanted - Groundworker / Plumber to add a soil pipe to the Drains & draw up bathroom plans

Hi all,

We need someone experienced with ground working and connecting a new soil pipe to the underground drain connection in our 1950s mid terraced house.

We will need a plan drawn up for changes to the 1st floor bathroom and also for a new toilet with shower on the ground floor. This needs to be professionally drawn up and costed as we need to submit them to a third party to be able to do the work.

Happy to pay for a professionally drawn up set of plans for the work and will engage the company / person whose plans we prefer to do the actual work once it has been approved.

We are based in SE22 near Dulwich Library.

  I noticed that these were sold out online. They have good reviews. For the last two days I’ve not heard any planes to speak of. But, previously, over the last month or so they were very, very noticeable.

  I do not know of any Pet Plan that covers the above. Ours covers illness/surgery/death and loss. Try ringing PDSA for advice or Cat Protection.

  Hi Brendan This advice is if some investment in your house is an option. We recently renewed the whole roof, and we added 15cm of insulation boards to the roof, above the rafters so no gaps. At the same time we fitted triple glazed windows and doors to the whole back of the house. It makes a huge difference, these planes also fly over us, but inside the house I rarely hear them at all.
