Yes, I live on LL and the whole flat shakes - actually shakes - when buses/lorries speed over the dips and holes late at night.... a bit further up from the HSBC.....

East Dulwich Grove is not much better. FM Conway have the Southwark contract for repairs I think. Whole area needs a resurface.
