I've used dell autos for mot and minor stuff. They've always been fine. Not too expensive, straightforward and always call before doing extra work.

John and Jason at Autocar Repairs on Rosendale Road have looked after my car for 9 years now and are very reliable and decent.

For decades I went to Oly Autos in Loughborough Junction and have no problems with continuing except that Pitstop in more local. https://olyautos.co.uk/ Got to know Oly and his son pretty well, and went next door to Gordon Grove Garage for my MOT's, sadly the gent Peter who did these for decades passed a couple of years ago,

I use Turners - this was recommended by Andrew Brock prior to his retirement on health grounds.
