Cedar Garden studio / office / gym / cinema (Platinum package)?11,999. Very good conditions. Built in summer 2018; cedar is expected to last for over 50 years. Well maintained. Can be disassembled, moved and re-assembled in your garden. Cedar Rooms link https://www.thecedarroomltd.co.uk/ . The alcove with the window, 2.1 cm long, fits a decent desk. Front (length) 4.49m, width (front to back) 3.79m, hight 2.35m (window 1*1cm, 1.95m*2.02m).

Room- inside measurements: front wall - 2.39m where the doors are + 1.78m alcove = 4.17cm; back wall - 4.17cm; left side wall (where the alcove is): 4.27cm, right side wall 3.47m.

Both front (100cm*100cm) and back (76cm*37cm) windows as well as the doors/door windows (1.95m*2.02m) are double glazed. Both doors also have locks.

The studio has four 2x sockets, an Ethernet slot in the alcove, two dimmable light switches (both can be wirelessly controlled from our kitchen c. 20m away), as well as cables for TV, projector and radiator (you can install one remotely controlled from the house).

    • tried the traditional beef empanada yesterday and it was amazing honestly, hotter and better than the other place (no offence!). I really don’t see the issue with having more than one of the same type of shop – we’ve got Indian restaurants, two supermarkets, two cheese shops, two pizza joints, even two paint shops! So I don’t get what all the fuss is about. Good food is good food, and there’s room for everyone.
    • I understand you access ancestry from any Southwark library computer. Or see the real post office directories in archive.
    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
