Just had the best haircut

Aimee didn't ask me to do this, BUT: I am so pleased about my cut & colour that I want to share. Tucked away behind Maison Dog on Northcross Road, Aimee-blu is a wonderful, super-stylish, one seat salon where you will get the best styling in East Dulwich, hands down. I wouldn't have found it without a recommendation. It's still a secret because it is so well hidden, but I'm sure word will get round very soon. Aimee takes all the time in the world, really knows what she's doing and uses wonderful Maroccan Oil products. You will come out looking absolutely fabulous!!! https://www.aimeeblu.com/

Another recommendation for Aimee. I don't enjoy going to the hairdresser, my hair is very fine - well, lets be honest, thin - but she somehow managed to make it look better than any hairdresser has managed before, just with a cut. The room behind Maison Dog felt safe (no passers-by seeing you through a shop window!) and she had ideas about what I might do with the colour at a later date, without being pushy. Thanks, Aimee!

    • I haven't had a rude EVRI delivery but last week I had an unexpected delivery at 10.42 pm. He didn't ring the bell or knock on the door (or rattle the letter flap) but just took a photo and put the box down.  If it hadnt been for the door camera giving us a beep we would never have known there was a parcel ready to sit there all night.

    • I have a rescue Spanish greyhound (galgo) from the charity mentioned above. You can contact Greyhounds in Need or one of the more local Kent greyhound rescue charities. They are fantastic family dogs. They do love walkies 2 or 3 times a day but they actually don't need to be walked too far and then they will happily loaf around on the sofa being very chill. They are brilliant with kids but not recommended if you own a cat as they have a strong prey drive. They also should be kept on the lead in local parks. They prefer to be around other sight-hounds (well my one does) and there are loads of local sighthound owners in Peckham, Crystal Palace etc and a very lively WhatsApp group that is brilliant if you need dog sitting as you can usually find someone to do that for free in return for you looking after the dog at a later date etc.
