Wanted: two bedroom flat or house for February and March

Hi -

I have a one bed flat right next to East Dulwich Station that will be empty from February 1st.

My current tenants leave at the end of January and I have plans to do a loft conversion in April, so I don't want to re-let it for more than a couple of months. There were some delays to submitting the plans, so I don't expect work to start there until April.

While empty, I was going to do a few other renovations, but I can also do those works while the loft conversion is happening, so the timings might work for us both.

It's basically a top floor of a Victorian house on St. Francis Road...close to Sainsburys. There is no garden and only one bedroom, but it might work to fit your needs so I just thought I would reach out. I can send you some pictures. The lounge/diner is quite big and the flat has lovely light and very sweet tenants who rent the ground floor flat. It is part furnished...in that there is a couch, table and 4 chairs, wardrobe, and divan mattress base.

I charge ?1300 pcm. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Bests, Rebecca

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
