Selling my folding bread proofer. Excellent condition. Selling only because I'm moving out of the country and can't take it with me. Adjustable temps, proves bread, makes yoghurt, works as a slow cooker, works for fermenting and culturing. I've used it mostly for making sourdough - it means you can set the temperature during the bulk rise which makes for much more consistent breadmaking. Link to full details below.
