Competition could be a fantastic way of unleashing your power!


I was definitely expecting Vicki to lose a good amount of weight in this competition, but I didn?t expect almost 10kg loss 😆


Some people might say, ahh if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you gain it back quickly. Yes, but only if you go back to your unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits.


The motivation you get from a kickstart fitness journey is that you are going to keep going as you know it works.

      Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.

      I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
