Cargo bikes

Does anyone on here have a cargo bike? Either manual or electric? I?m looking into getting one for my smallest but can?t easily to get to anywhere that stocks them for a test ride. I?m interesting in trying out both a 2- and 3-wheeled one. I?d be happy to leave my driving license/phone/baby as surety! Happy to repay the favour with wine/chocolate.

Thanks for the responses. I?ve had one forum member very kindly offer test rides on their two bikes. Unfortunately Balfe?s have no cargo bikes in stock until June.

I?m still looking for someone with an electric bakfiets to try if anyone here has one.

Outside Karavan I believe there is a permanent spot for a community cargo bike - check it out!

I'm in Nunhead and attached is a photo of our bike. Would be happy to meet you in Dulwich Park if you wanted to give it a try. Make sure you have a good amount of time to test. They do take some getting used to. Your first impression may be how am I ever going to ride this? I know mine was. I'm now carving through traffic like an Olympic skier
