I don't know anybody called John Smith, apart from the famous ones!

I know a load of Sues, though!

Well a quick skim of the report suggests a massive anti-climax....no matter what your view on the PM and the goverenment....

9 pages of non-committall language and vague platitudes, which basically dont tell us anything we didnt already know....

Tory MP's should stop p!ssing about and get these letters into the 1922 committee....the damage being done as a result of government just drifting along, with a few hasilty thought out populist policies thrown in to divert attention is well beyond a joke now...

According to the report's Terms of Reference it was never going to be blockbuster stuff, but it was more critical than I expected e.g. ''the failure of leadership''. Don't forget, it was also heavily redacted, this is just an ''update''.

Starmer hasn't been the greatest LOTO, but his speech in the Commons was very good, and that will strike more of a chord with the public and the sacrifices we made. Lordy knows what Johnson was thinking of when he brought up Saville.

This is not going to go away and no amount of running-off to the Ukraine or hiding in fridges is going to detract from that, especially as we now know there definitely was a party in the No. 10 flat, which the Met are investigating.

Oh, and the small matter of 300+ photos in their files...

"Well a quick skim of the report suggests a massive anti-climax....no matter what your view on the PM and the goverenment."

the fact he publicly used a far-right Saville smear against KS and accused the opposition benches of being junkies suggests he is more riled than anti-climactic

Is this meant for me? I've never voted for party that includes Boris Johnson amongst its leaders

    • Is there anyone who does face painting who would be available to come to a children’s party next Sunday 25 May from 11-12ish? It’s a Frozen theme- about 10 kids or so. Please get in touch with more details and an idea of price if so. Many thanksĀ
    • Nope that concern predates the Jerk festival.Ā  But I am talking about when I first moved to SE London and some locals complained that the nice music was too loud. Separately some people are still moaning about the Jerk festival,Ā  Felt some comments were (casual) racist, but that is a different subject matter. That day was great,Ā  A victim of its own success. A kin to Fatboy Slim playing a free festival on Brighton beach, tens of thousands went but it took a long long time to clean up.
    • Update May 19: Ā Jesus wept. Ā  Multiple ā€œgimpā€ references. Much media wailing! Ā
    • That’s not how life works jazzer if you accuse anyone of anything you have to be able to back it upĀ  besides. I thought you were ā€œdone with meā€. Yet here you sir plucking accusations out of the air but without any backbone or evidenceĀ
