4 Bedroom House for long-term let from 24th July

Hi,


We're moving abroad this summer and will be renting out our lovely 4 bedroom house from 24th July. The house was totally renovated 3 three years ago, with a loft conversion, new kitchen, two new bathrooms and all brand new windows. We're located on the lovely Ivanhoe Road, which is full of community spirit not to mention in the catchment for Charter East Dulwich, Belham, St John's and St Clement's and Dog Kennel. It's a 4 minute walk to East Dulwich train station and 10 minutes to both Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye train stations. We'd like to rent to someone who intends to stay in the house for quite a few years and want someone to really treat the house like their own home. Market value for the house is approxiately ?3500 pcm but will negotiate for the right people. Do send me a PM if you might be interested.

      Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

      Wow - will do as you say - just find it extraordinary one needs to post something so trivial as this on forum - each to their own. Been a%member for a long time and know the-forum well - bought sold, given things way, had hubs and offered advice…

      You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc.  I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers"  means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age -  be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
