I'm wondering if bins aren't possible due to storage issues (if there is nowhere to put them apart from blocking up the pavement)? Because I would have thought they would have been used otherwise? But I can't think of another solution, unless it's possible to get some kind of vermin proof bags, possibly reusable? -
That’s right. Some places are very grim and will definitely benefit. People need nice community spaces and safe places to shop and wander about -
If you are aware of rats being present, you might let the restaurants know too. -
Bean sprout, thank you for your concern… Taking a photo would have put me in even more danger. I have only just seen this appeal so I’ll try to figure out what day it was and will consider reporting it.
