Any local charities in need?

Hi, I have various pieces of furniture (bedside tables, dressing table, bookshelves etc), plates, saucepans, cushions, towels, bed linen, blankets etc which I no longer need but are all in good condition. Does anyone know of any local charities which might be able to make use of these types of items? Thanks

The British Heart Foundation take various furniture items and will collect. You could try them.

St Faith's Community Centre, Red Post Hill, Dulwich hold an open house for choosing free clothing, household items, toys and books every Monday afternoon.

I would love to know if anyone would take towels as I?ve just replaced a lot of ours. They?re in pretty good nick.

Vets often take towels, they use them as bedding for those animals having treatment.
