Dog boarding, dog hotel or dog sitter

Recommended Posts

Hi folks, wondering if anyone has any recommendations for dog boarding, a dog hotel or a local dog sitter? We have a nervous rescue dog and are really struggling to find somewhere suitable that will adapt to her needs. Ideally need someone with a big, fully enclosed & secure garden or a homely dog boarding facility which is fully enclosed or someone that would be happy staying in our house while we're away and spending the majority of the day with our 2 dogs.

Any recommendations appreciated!

I was due to use them for a very elderly cat a few years ago, but was thwarted by lockdown - planning to this year for a nervous rescue cat. I was very impressed by the sitter who I met well in advance of the planned trip.

So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
