not on TV, but I always like looking at Rachel Weisz. Don't know if she's hot, as such, but she's certainly very easy on the eye.

Is Sookie sexy? I'm never sure. There's such an abundance of lush blokes on True Blood, I've never had an eye to spare for the wimmin. I do like Pam, she's great.

In my (boy) pregnancy I was obsessed with Michael Scofield aka Wentworth Miller in Prison Break. Amazing! Used to go on about his beautiful face endlessly to husband... Haha, he ignored me a lot. With my last pregnancy (girl) I wasn't bothered about anyone famous at all! Only had eyes for aforementioned husband... Weird or a gender trend!?

well, he's certainly the best character, he's not top of my dwarf list though (see comment re: Thorin above) though he is, at least, an actual dwarf. I liked the 'dawrves' in Snow White and the Huntsman, they were a jovial crew. Which has, in a roundabout way, put Deadwood into my mind. I did have a bit of a thing for Timothy Oliphant and his psycho eyes in that, well, season 1 at any rate.

Alcide - he is very fit, but he does look like he'd pop if you stuck a pin in him (cf Daniel Craig coming out of the sea in Casino Royale). Sam's very cute. Jason is just pretty.

Have you read all the books, Otta? I agree Pam is uber-cool in the books. I have just finished the most recent (I think the next is meant to be the last, thank God) and they have totally gone down the pan, the author (and Sookeh with her) has completely lost her sense of humour.

I don't have pregnancy to blame for fancying all and sundry off the telly. I am just Very Shallow. And Fickle. Luckily, this is not in real life (12 years this Augsut with Mr Oi! Who indulges my fancies to the extent that he bought me a Thorin collectible, no less, action figure for Christmas. Lost his oakenshield already though, whoops.)
Jessica! Of course. I'd forgotten about her (she's not in the books, which I've been rereading as I can't cope with anything too intelligent at the mo). Yes, she looks like a goer. As does/did Sybil in Downton, no surprise she wanted to get down'n'dirty with the chauffeur. The new girl, the niece or whatever she is, she looks like a minx too.

never seen Homeland. I thought Mr Oi would be glued to it as Damian Lewis is his manlove of choice, but he wasn't interested. And it clashed with something else, if memory serves.

I enjoyed Ripper Street, I do like a bit of Matthew McFadyen, and Jerome Flynn's had a bit of a career resurgance, hasn't he? He's very good in GoT, he and Tyrion make a good comedy duo.

    • Nasty piece of work. Targets locations with a healthy independent presence and farmers’ markets; typical vampire capitalism. Great supporter of a Brexit too. All good reasons to go elsewhere, preferably small independent.,
    • Hi, oglander , Congratulations on your soon-to-arrive little lion - how exciting! It's always lovely to hear someone taking the adoption route (shelters are having a major crisis at the moment!). I've been in business for 15 years & can say with certainty that most cat owners in Dulwich have catflaps so, not only are they easy to have installed, but you shouldn't find yourself short of helping hands on these local forums. A catflap is a brilliant way to keep your little lion safely in overnight as well as generally keeping track of their comings & goings. I'd be happy to walk you through the set up once you've chosen your model (SureFlap & PetSafe are two popular brands). I'm sure the rescue has already advised, but just in case they haven't, it'll be very important to keep your newly adopted cat housebound for the first 2 weeks to familiarise themselves with their new home. Once they've scent-mapped the house, you can gradually begin letting them out to explore & scent-map the garden. Exciting times! x
    • Hello all,  If your child goes to this gym club: since the new payment system, have you received clear information about the cost per session, the cost per term and when sessions will be omitted eg for school opened days? (I have asked the club, more than once, no full response so far) This term started in late August, before school had gone back (did many attend that session?). Next term there is no break for half term, so there are 12 sessions to be paid. Does that seem to be more sessions than there used to be?    I am sure they are doing their best, but the info from the new auto pay system isn’t detailed enough, and the auto pay just takes an unspecified amount. I wondered if it’s just me (wanting more detail), or if there are others too? (my child loves the gym itself!) thanks
    • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service! We had one of Paul Edgley’ s team come to fit some new lights in our living room. They were able to come at reasonably short notice, arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and the lights look fantastic. Highly recommend! Paul’s contact details are 07802 627967
