Don?t be upset by the results you didn't get with the work you didn't do.

You can only be fit if you exercise.

And it only works if you do it consistently. Incorporate it in your manic life. You have to do it even if it is for 20 minutes.

You know you'll benefit from it. Come on!

Gokay Fitness really changed my life! I signed up to Gokay?s 3 month body transformation and lost 10kg. He?s such a fun and lovely guy with a great team of equally lovely PTs, it make it so much easier to get fit and I got a better body than I had ever had, at 42! Being outside just makes it feel so much healthier physically and mentally. I?m now doing the Monday evening and Saturday morning group classes that are just a great bunch of people. We all move round in a circuit with all the equipment and it somehow manages to still feel like a social fun evening/morning and the time goes so quickly. I can?t recommend Gokay Fitness enough!
I highly recommend Gokay?s group classes , all outside and each class is always different. I have been attending for past 6 months and have lost weight and my overall fitness and strength has improved massively. The classes are fun ( as well hard work!) with lots of laughter. They are suitable for anyone at any age and fitness.. I am over 50 and was very unfit. The venue is now based in dulwich village and easy to access. Classes are at a convenient time for me on weekday mornings plus Saturdays. Also there is now an evening class. As a PT Gokay and his fabulous team get to know your personal goals. I also did the body transformation where I lost 6kg over 3 months with daily WhatsApp support on diet and exercise from Gokay and Natalie. I have learnt so much about healthy eating and exercise. I am definitely addicted and many?s thanks to Gokay and his team for all your help and encouragement to keep me motivated !

I have been PT training with Gokay for 7 years now and I can really say he has changed my life!

I lost 3 stone in 6 months when I first started doing PT and with his motivation and help with healthy meal plans I changed my lifestyle for good and have managed to keep off the weight and I am now addicted to exercise! Which is a great thing!

He now has a team of trainers and offers group classes which I love and it?s so much fun working out with a group.

His Gokay fitness hub! That he has created in the hart of Dulwich Village is unique and there is nothing like it in

Dulwich, I would strongly recommend checking it out!

I would just like to say a massive thankyou to Gokay and his team for making my fitness fun and a way of life! X

I have been training with Gokay Fitness for about 3 years now and I absolutely love the classes and PT. I really enjoy the variety of equipment and circuits that the team plan for each session. No two classes are the same. Gokay and his team of trainers all have a different style and constantly push me to work harder and lift heavier weights. The new location GFH in Dulwich Village is fantastic with even more options including the new Boxfit Class on a Friday morning. I would recommend to all.

Another recommendation for Gokay! I?ve been training with him for 3 years now and he?s helped me lose 10kg (and keep most of it off!), has improved my overall strength and fitness immensely and changed my whole mindset around exercise.

He?s recently opened a fitness hub in Dulwich Village and started doing F45 type group sessions. The group sessions are perfect as they?re never too busy and you feel like you?re getting a good level of attention and motivation from the instructor.

Being outdoors is great for mental health too! Him and his team are all lovely too.

I decided to sign up to Gokay Fitness after having my second child. I wanted to build up my pelvic floor and become a bit stronger in general. I had never stepped foot in a gym but Natalie really helped me gain my confidence. I have been with them for two years now and was able to take my baby with me (keeping her in the buggy) and also reached my goal of 100kg hip thrusts when I had started off on just 10kg.
I am now 9 months pregnant with my third child and still going every week and training with Nat.

The atmosphere around the gym is amazing and has a real community feel. I also did group classes and everyone is so welcoming and helpful no matter what fitness level you are at. I couldn’t recommend or speak more highly of Gokay Fitness!

Have added the video which was the day before I was due.

I can't recommend Gok's fitness hub more highly.  I do personal training there and classes.  A really supportive environment from other clients and all the trainers.  Great fun.  I love exercising outside - always under cover if raining! - with the option of inside on the very cold mornings..  I do personal training as I've had injuries with running but now, after strength, I can run as well but been able to lose my "muffin top" with the weight training..  My husband also works out at the hub and has noticed getting back his shape of younger years!  Classes are great fun - really varied and encourage you to push yourself though everyone of all strengths and fitness are accommodated and made to feel very welcome.  They also do HYDROX training now though not sure I can be persuaded to do that... hopefully will be able to do my first pull up unaided in the New Year!  I  much prefer it to an inside gym and the trainers - and Gok - are fantastic!

    • That's a disgusting slur against an innocent driver who was probably just on their way to drop off freshly-baked muffins at an orphanage when they had to swerve out of the way of a so-called "cyclist", and anyway traffic lights are just a Marxist conspiracy by Southwark Council to slow traffic down and force people out of cars, so we're all better off without it.
    • Frothy coffee? Not really my bag. A double espresso and a Marlboro Red? It's the breakfast of champions. The only dark drink with a creamy head which should ever be drunk by a man of my age is Guinness. I've also become lactose intolerant recently, meaning I get very impatient around milk. You make a fair point, but those legal channels are available for them to recover their repair, and legal, costs and, as I said: "It's up to them if they [Southwark] want to do that, of course." There's three or four grands worth of Cat N write-off, wrapped round a post there (more, if it's broken down for parts) causing problems. If they can't be arsed sorting that, I'm not holding my breath. Even Southwark couldn't screw their numbers up enough to make shifting the post back through circa 15 degrees more than a couple of grand, so there's a drink in it for everyone. It's a bit 'leany' just now, yeah, but I haven't noticed anyone having to limbo under it to get to Superdrugs. Or, they could make a feature of it. Pisa has made a fortune out of not sorting the underpinnings of their tower. Let's say it's an installation by someone called, I don't know, Bangsy, and it's a physical reminder that SE22 cannot deny its proximity to Peckham, Camberwell & Brixton. It's about the only thing that would get me back into The Bishop since the many dark afternoons of the soul I spent with Clarence*, the world's most depressed Weimaraner. *RIP big fella. You were always a great listener.   Come on Spartacus, don't be shy. You know exactly where the Green Cross Code Man was in 1973: less than a hundred yards away, on North Cross Road. https://youtu.be/C-XwVVMiCO4?si=rt8kQllev0t1Lgdi For some years, I found it quite difficult to go into The Forrester's after many long afternoons of the soul with Dave Prowse* (The Green Cross Code Man). *RIP big fella. You were always a great listener.
    • Loving the arm chair speculation on here  Blimey how long before this gets spun out to be a drug dealer welding a sawn off whilst driving away from a smash and grab at the coop cash machine flipped his car and landed on a bollard type post  Where's the green cross code man when you need him ?
