The Thursday morning sessions are created to strength the parent & child relationship.

Active meditation event is an excellent opportunity to experience a connection with your child/children under different circumstances. Children love movement and music and they always love to do activities together with parents/adults. Children of all ages are very welcome though children aged 3+ would find it more interesting.

Children are exposed to stress from far lower age than years ago. Active Meditations are designed to effectively release tensions which block the natural flow of energies in our bodies, allowing us to become more peaceful and relaxed and to express ourselves. It is an excellent tool for hyperactive children. It helps them to express themselves through different stages of movement. Children naturally adopt energy Reiki and respond to it very well.

In exchange children create inspiration and playful atmosphere for adults. Children are our teachers too.

Active meditation with Reiki support increases concentration, self-confidence and self-awareness.

The 1.5 hour sessions includes exercise for body and mind:

? Welcoming ? Breathing exercise ? Shaking & Jumping & Singing & Shouting & Laughing ? Dancing & Whirling ? Stillness ? Silence ? REIKI healing ? Energy flow exercise ? Sharing

Osho Active Meditations are designed to effectively release tensions which block the natural flow of energies in our bodies, allowing us to become more peaceful and relaxed.

The best way to experience the true power of Reiki healing energy is by being in a relaxed state, open to receive and being willing to work on ourselves.

It is why Group Active meditations with Reiki healing support are highly recommended for those who feels overwhelmed by difficulties, feelings, heavy thoughts, low energy, or who suffers from long term headaches or lack of sleep,? Active meditation with Reiki support increases concentration, self-confidence and self-awareness.

It is also great for people who just love movement expression, dancing, fun and sharing!

    • hah ha! On the subject of dodgy keys and also police protocol with stolen cars, my first car was a 1969 mini which you could open and start by wiggling a small flat-headed screwdriver. No wonder it was stolen. About a week later the police called to say they'd spotted it on the Dog Kennel Hill estate opposite East Dulwich station. In those days parking was free so at least I didn't receive any tickets, but I surprised the police just left a message with the address and expected me to go and pick it up. I was slightly worried I'd have to tackle the culprits myself when I arrived.
    • Great pub, great deals and great service! Food is second to none Highly recommend 👌
    • This thread is brilliant! I am glad it has a happy ending. The reference to the Punto keys reminds of the days of when you could "jiggle a lock" with a similar car key and I speak from painful memory as a kid I managed to lock the keys in our car whilst on a camping holiday in Spain. My mum and dad didn't speak much Spanish and much hilarity ensued (post event) as they tried to communicate to the driver of a similar make and model of car as to why they had flagged him down and were trying to get him to lend him the key from his ignition!
    • I highly recommend my painter and decorator Sean. I have used him for over 25years. He is reliable and charges a reasonable price.  you can contact him on 07572 779608
