Health Hub in Herne Hill used to do this. I took my youngest when she was a baby due to allergies in my eldest.

  The problem is, there are roots of plants in there (now exposed) plus I want to plant more things! I guess it might work as a temporary measure, then when the foxes seem to have give up I could remove the hard materials and fill in the holes?
