Of course - that's when he learns to cock a deaf 'un.

This thread seems to have gone a bit dead. Like our great ex-leader.

I enjoyed a recent radio documentary on protest, and then realised that anyone with a strange hair cut or multiple piercings was considered to be an undesirable in the early to mid 80s (eg Bsttle of the Beanfield when the establishment gave the travellers an illegal kicking).

Now this was no doubt the establishment, rather than our great leader, but I will still happily put the blame on her for the nations lack of tolerance.

And here's one I found as well with at least two of my heroes on it:

Aww...are you missing her already you reactionary old punk? Try venting your spleen and ideal at the current bunch of shits in government. Plenty to hate there.

Try this for size. Even UKIP's Nigel Farage thinks this is nasty.

    • We’re pretty much down to just sparrows, wood pigeons and the occasional great tit.  Plus parakeets, but I chase them away.    A couple of years ago we had bluetits, robins, blackbirds & goldfinches most days, but almost never now despite washing out the bird bath most days & decent regular bird seed & fat balls.  we have had a couple of sparrow hawks which was exciting, but I’d rather have the goldfinches..  v sad.
    • My garden has been completely empty of birds since I took down my bird feeders (I have to sort out the garden before I put them up again in a different spot.Cats were sitting in wait).
    • You need to book I think? We couldn't get a table when we tried!
    • Hello lovely Dulwich neighbours 👋 I’m helping to set up a small cello discovery pilot at my local state primary school, giving children their very first chance to experience learning a string instrument in a relaxed, inclusive way. We’re currently looking to borrow or rehome a few 1/4 size cellos that children may have outgrown and are no longer being used. If you have one tucked away in a cupboard or loft and would be happy for it to be loaned for the term or donated, it would be incredibly appreciated and put to wonderful use supporting young musicians at the very beginning of their journey. Happy to collect from anywhere locally (or further afield if helpful). Thank you so much! Angela
