Always prefer to support non chains - so many lovely places with good food to choose from with pleasant staff who know about customer service and sadly, non English which says a lot for our culture, ? Does your broadbrush bias extend to Welsh, Scottish and N Irish/Irish waiting staff also or is it only non-native speakers that you admire unconditionally?! Hospitality staff are a varied lot, as are their moods and attitudes at any one given time. -

I've noticed the same, thankfully they're too fluttery for my cat to catch. I've noticed the white ones always seem to travel in pairs? -

No problem. I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
