Saw this black cat at corner Dovercourt rd and Court Lane yesterday afternoon - it seemed quite skinny and dishevelled and so may be lost so thought we’d post just in case -

It seems to me that using post boxes as opposed to leaving mail at a post office results in delayed delivery. I'm aware that collection times from many boxes is now 9am and not the old 4.30 /5 pm time. But a recently posted first class stamped letter took 5 days to arrive . Is it just me ? -

I have found the bin men themselves very helpful. They are also able to report it I think. In the recycling collection obviously, not the kitchen waste. If you can catch them.
