Bay window curtains, lined, heavy, neutral colour £50

Recommended Posts

Pair of full length curtains, suitable for victorian terrace bay window.

Cream colour with delicate embroydered flower pattern. Curtains have very slight sheen, a bit like taffeta, they are not as shiny as the photos make them look!

The curtains are very heavy as fully lined, to keep in warmth.

The curtains are used and have some signs of wear, a small, slight split where one side meets the lining, and some marks. These defects were not noticable when hung, I had no idea they were there. I haven't attempted to clean the curtains, but marks look like they would wash off. Sold as seen.

Measurements:

Height: 2m55cm

Width: 1m50cm per curtain, covering 3m window

£50

Apologies to the person who was going to buy these a few weeks ago - I have tried to sell these curtains before, but after the site has it's makeover, half my messages disappeared and my previous post disappeared too! No way of contacting original buyer, so sadly having to relist. If original buyer sees this then please get in touch.

    • Nope that is boring,  I want something creative.  Maybe turn them into Xmas cards.  I understand from those daytime television programmes that don't involve buying houses, DIY, antiques, bargain hunting and the second World War that this is called 'upcycling'. AI suggests: Upcycling old cheque books can involve repurposing the paper from old checks into creative items like notebooks, journals, art pieces, gift tags, bookmarks, decorative paper, or even small boxes, by cutting, decorating, and assembling the paper to create new functional or decorative objects, while ensuring any personal banking information is properly obscured or removed. And there is vid too
