school place

Really silly question but does anyone know what time the email letting you know what school place you have for September 2013 gets sent. It says that you will get an email on the evening of wed 17th. Only reason I am asking if that we will be travelling on Wed late evening.

I know this is a silly question but just wonder if parents for last year can help ?
