What's the most niche form of exercise you've witnessed in our local parks ?

I saw two guys practising fencing in Brockwell yesterday.

A guy doing Tai Chi complete with ceremonial sword was a bit of an eye opener.

Less niche but good comedy value, a couple trying to play table tennis on a windy day...
