I took legal advice before posting and as you are probably aware libel is only an issue if the material published is untrue and as such I did not hide behind a false name or email address. Because I stayed silent for too long. The mail he wrote about me was posted in November and his verbal abuse of me locally was getting worse. I agree very tawdry indeed but the truth is out there now and I have been contacted by many others who have been damaged too.

I stand by every word that I have said I have recordings of his abuse of me, I have admitted the wrongs I did to him in my post and I have lodged all the relevant information with my lawyer, and also copy of the post, before it went on the site. His original email about me, sent in November, has been verified and is provably untrue and damaging. I am legally allowed to publicly defend myself in response to that. 'Bob'
