If physical characteristics no longer define a woman, nor socially constructed gender stereotypes, what then defines a woman (or man)?

It appears that socially constructed stereotypes are the new way to define women and men.

So if a man wears a dress, paints his nails and calls himself Delilah, then he's a woman.

If a woman cuts her hair short, dons some DMs and braces, then she's a man.

Neither needs to take hormones to be considered to have changed 'gender', they just need to 'live' as they 'feel'.

Oh I get it, don't wash or cut your hair, just feel it is clean & styled.

    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
    • There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first, as they don't actually mention fresh fruit on their website? But apples aren't that perishable. Drop off seven days a week 9 - 5. Be warned if you are going by car, parking can be very difficult, easiest if there are two of you so one person can take the food in while the other can move the car if necessary.
    • Food banks for sure and what about approaching these schools in area that run summer camps - although having said that with health and safety being so strict might not allow it - crazy really.    Can’t remember name of church but was one in Peckham that from memory did a community meal a couple of times a week. Now they for sure would take them and probably Kingswood House as well.
