Solicitor - please recommend

I've used a solicitors called Stephens & Sons in Kent for a couple of flat sales. I've recommended them to other people as well who have had the same great service I received. One person was on a very tight deadline to complete and it all went through smoothly. I couldn't fault them and highly recommend them.

The lady is called Tina Christian and the telephone number is 01634 831532.

I can highly reccomend Tim Jordan of Quality Solicitors. We recently used Tim for the conveyancing on the purchase of a property. We found his details through the forum. We were first time buyers so the whole ordeal was pretty stressful. However, Tim responded to any emails/calls very promptly even in the evenings and on weekends. The transaction wasn't as smooth as we'd hoped and there was extra work involved, but when the bill came through at the end we were presently surprised (very unusual when dealing with solicitors) as the bill was simply what we'd been quoted at the start. The vendor was extremely difficult and without Tim's level headeadness and practical advice, I'm not sure the deal would have gone through.

His quote was very reasonable (much cheaper than local solicitors) and with technology the way it is, it wasn't a problem at all that we never met Tim or couldnt just pop into his office. He even gave advice before we had agreed to use him as a conveyancer.

His contact details are below.

DEC charities and their local partners are now preparing to scale up their work in Gaza after months of extraordinary challenges delivering aid.   Food, water and shelter are desperately needed throughout Gaza.   The levels of need are catastrophic. Please donate now.   More than 2 million people, all of Gaza’s population, are facing extreme food insecurity. The UN-backed global hunger monitor, the IPC, confirmed in August that famine* is now a reality in parts of Gaza for the first time. Following the ceasefire agreement, safe access for urgently needed humanitarian aid is expected to increase, and DEC charities and their local partners are preparing to rapidly adapt and expand their programmes again. Donations to the Middle East Humanitarian Appeal are providing urgent relief to families in crisis.   Please act now to help people in desperate need of emergency support, with food, water and shelter.   We have seen what can be done during a period of ceasefire in Gaza to repair water supplies, reach the worst affected people and get emergency supplies to those on the brink.
