Hey everyone,

Last week at the Goose green roundabout a kid pretented to crash into our car and faked an injury (rolling around). He did not even touch the car. I asume to claim insurance or to ask for money. He had a mate with him. Luckily a bystander who witnessed this appalling display immediately came to help (thank you!!) and after a minute or two we persuaded him to get up. He then laughed, got up and cycled onwards (dangerously into opposite direction).

Just wanted to make everyone aware of this, as it is likely to happen again and maybe some of you already witnessed similar events. Personally, I am getting a dashcam.

What I would say is that if you witness something like this, please help out, be vocal, like 'our' bystander did. To whom I am very thankfull as it made a real difference.

Take care!

There's this famous clip from a few years ago of exactly that.

Guy pretends to be hit, accomplice (pretending to be "just a passing stranger") steps out saying he saw everything, he'll be a witness etc. When the driver ponts out she has a dashcam, they both run off.

Well worth getting a dashcam.

    • Hi all, it’s been a while since I last posted so I thought I’d provide a quick update on what we now can offer. Alongside the usual bespoke joinery (wardrobes, bookcases, alcove units etc), I’m now also working with a wider range of veneered boards (ash, maple, walnut, etc.) as well as fluted/reeded panels for anyone after a more textured, high-end finish. I’ve also been adding more lighting options to my fitted furniture – warm white LED strips with sensors or remote controls, ideal for wardrobes and bookcases. They make a huge difference once fitted and really elevate a space. If you’re planning a project and would like to explore these options, please feel free to get in touch.
