Recommendation for plasterer/decorator for damp ceiling

I have had an ongoing leak from the flat upstairs and have a damp, stained ceiling. I need to get this repaired and am looking for recommendations of someone who can look at it, and quote based on advice on whether it needs replastering or just redecorating with damp stop/mould stop paint. I have picked up a couple of names from the search on here, but would appreciate any more recent recommendations, particularly of someone with some damp expertise.
