Painter/decorator recommendation

Recommended Posts

Hello east dulwichers

I wanted to recommend my fabulous painter decorator for anyone out there looking for a reliable, trustworthy and excellent attention to detail painter.

Laurant has painted my bathroom, hallway and helped me re-do my kitchen after a botch job from dodgy builders - that's one of the main reasons I'm keen to recommend good workman - there are too many bad ones out there.

You can get in touch with Laurant at [email protected] or 07776 187667.

Kind regards

Jo.

I would like to 3rd this!

After reading glowing reviews on here, hired Laurant to decorate our staircase, skirting, walls and ceiling in the hall and landing - he did a great job, very tidy, timely, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We've just had him back in to do the outside of our house - sash windows, surrounds etc, and once again he's done a sterling job.

In a nutshell - Hire him, you won't be disappointed!

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. The article contained: "That arrest had quite an impact on the [phone theft] numbers for the following month,” said Green.  Here's another indicator, admittedly a piece of police PR,  of how well-targeted police efforts, mostly invisible to us,  can when successful  seriously affect offending figures: https://news.met.police.uk/news/met-police-drive-down-theft-and-robbery-by-84-percent-in-battersea-and-nine-elms-500495.
    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
